UND Space Studies graduate student Sophie Orr is studying how to prevent motion-related injury in astronauts as they explore new environments in space. By working with motion-capture technology, usually reserved for Hollywood productions, Orr’s long-term goal is to use the research to build a better, more efficient spacesuit.
